Lukas is the former CEO of Project Access, where he spent over five years helping scale the organization into a global education non-profit operating across 130+ countries. Originally from a small town in Germany, he studied International Relations at King’s College London with a focus on political economy and public policy. He brings experience across strategy, product, operations, and governance, and cares deeply about impact-driven work, sustainability, and building systems that translate policy into real-world outcomes. Alongside this, Lukas is passionate about mentorship and has supported over 40 students into leading universities including Harvard, Princeton, Oxford, and beyond.
